游戏介绍
  当初Nokia 拼命拉拢日系游戏公司与其合作，包括Sega、Hudson、Taito、Capcom、alcom，但是反应都一般。除了Sega的口袋王国比较受欢迎之外，其余日系游戏无一不沦为二线作品。但是接下来这种情况可能会有所改变，Sega将会接手X-Man II的开发，Capcom和Nokia的第一次合作Catan也将会在今年8月上市。遵循Nokia的精品策略和Capcom一贯优秀品质，Catan决不会让我们失望。（当然，非策略爱好者另当别论）
  “Catan“原本是一种从1995年于德国发售以来狂销250万套（全系列共600万套）的超人气纸盘游戏，曾经获得德国游戏大赏的最高奖项”德国年度游戏奖“第一名的荣誉，受欢迎程度与大洋彼岸的同类游戏”The Rifts“不相伯仲。（The Rifts同样被改编为N-Gage游戏，看来Nokia对纸牌游戏情有独衷）这次由日系游戏公司Capcom将其改编成N-Gage平台的策略游戏，游戏规则变动不大，更请来漫画师松下进担任人设。但是我个人有些疑惑就是以欧美玩家为主的N-Gagers是否会接受这种可爱的画风。

故事概要
  时间是中世纪的大航海时代，许多探险家为了寻觅未知的岛屿，面对大海展开了漫长的旅程。而其中的新运儿终于发现了一座名为Catan的小岛，那里的土地蕴藏着前所未见的丰富资源。开拓者们为了争夺岛上的霸权，一窝蜂地从四面八方移居Catan。一场Catan的拓荒竞争就这样开始了

游戏规则
  Catan的规则非常简单。首先每一位开拓者选择两个地点建造房屋，并且分别铺设一条道路，当作Catan开拓的出发点。接着开始掷骰子，如果玩家掷出的点数与玩家持有的土地（指邻接并且建有房屋或城市）上面的数字相同，就可以获得与该土地相对应的资源卡。资源卡可以用来铺设道路、建造房屋，将房屋升级为城市以得到一张机会卡。高级建筑包括教堂、大学、图书馆、市场、市政厅等，不同的建设代表不同的点数，最先获得一定点数的玩家就会成为Catan的霸主。
  看起来简单，但是其实内藏着深刻的学问，这就是Catan长盛不衰的原因。想要成为高手，你绝对要深入认识游戏的每一个细节，还有一点点运气。
